Fandango Publishing Co. is a newly-formed, independently owned book
publisher located in Austin, Texas. We launched our business with the
publication of The Texas Golf Bible in 2003, and we're proud to continue the
Golf Bible travel series with the release of The Colorado Golf Bible in May
of 2004.

New accounts can be opened most easily if you prepay with your initial order and send us a signed copy of the Fandango Publishing Co. credit application. For more information, or to request a credit application, contact our sales department.

All books can be combined for discount
regardless of ISBN prefix.

SHIPPING: We ship the least expensive way available unless you specify otherwise on your order. Freight will be FOB Dallas, Texas, or the printer nearest you. If proof of delivery is required for payment of our invoice, please say so on your order. Drop ship orders are subject to a fee of $4.00 per invoice.

PAYMENT: Net 30

Note: All prices and delivery dates are subject to change without notice. We will backorder only new titles and those backlist books that we expect to have back in stock within 90 days.

Return Policies
1. Any book in print may be returned without permission freight prepaid in saleable condition with proper documentation for full credit after 120 days from invoice date. Books returned after one year of invoice and books returned without proper documentation (see definition of full credit below) will be credited at a 50% discount. When we receive returns containing 5 or more unsaleable items we will fax you a notification form. You will have 15 days to claim the books; after 15 days they will be destroyed.
2. Credit for returns will be applied to your account balance or against future purchases.
3. Please examine our invoices and shipments carefully and report any discrepancies within two weeks.
4. Shipments cannot be made to past due accounts.
5. In print means the edition in our current catalog.
6. Saleable condition means a book the way you would wish to receive it.
7. Full credit means we will credit your account for the purchase price. Include the following with each return for full credit: invoice number, date, title, list price, and your account number. Returns not accompanied by this information will be credited at a 50% discount.
8. After 120 days means that you must hold the books you ordered for at least that long. Please include a packing slip with every shipment. Books not eligible for credit will be returned at your expense.

Excerpt Requests
If you would like to excerpt material from one of our titles, please email the request to us. Please be sure to include a precise description of the materials you would like to use, when and where you would like to use them, and a brief description of your publication or web site.

Professional Review Copies
Books are available for review by recognized publications or broadcasters. Please submit your review copy requests on letterhead to our Publicity Department at this address:

Manuscript Submissions

If you wish to submit a book proposal to Fandango Publishing Co., please include:

A cover letter detailing the work as a whole. Let us know as much as possible about the project (target audience and why, market viability, etc.)
A chapter-by-chapter outline of the entire work.

Enough material to give us a sense of the work as a whole (sample chapters, table of contents, etc.) It is not necessary to send the entire manuscript.

Tell us about yourself. Why you are the right person to write this book?

So that we can return your materials, include a self-addressed, stamped
envelope with sufficient postage.

Please do not send originals, as we are not liable for artwork or manuscript
submissions.
